At Hernest, the dimension and weight of your online purchase are factors that help determine the most efficient delivery method. When you check out your order, we will display the shipping options available for the product.
Free Standard Shipping
ltems will be delivered to your front door via courier (such as UPS or FedEx) , no signature required. These items may require assembly by yourself. We will notify you as soon as the order ships. Please be sure to monitor your emails and the tracking of the package to ensure you can receive the delivery.
Free Doorstep Delivery
If you select Doorstep Delivery, your items will be delivered in their original packaging and we will place them on the ground floor, lobby or first dry area (such as garage, front porch, lobby, etc.) of your home. For apartment buildings, the items will be placed outside your unit, in the building's lobby, or at the property's office. An individual 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign, which acknowledges you received the items, inspected them, and found them in good condition. This service does not include assembly, setup, or removal of packing materials.
Please note that it is your responsibility to bring the furniture inside from the drop off area. You will also be responsible for furniture assembly, furniture set up, unboxing and removal of all packaging materials. Any damage that results from moving the furniture into the home or assembling the furniture will also be your responsibility.
In-Home Delivery
The In-Home Delivery fee is a flat rate of $199 per order. We suggest you review the delivery fees listed during checkout to ensure you have selected this service.
If you select In-Home Delivery, your items will be delivered to the room of your choice and assembled as needed. Packing materials will be removed. The delivery team will not move or take away existing furniture. To prepare for your delivery, please review our pre-delivery tips. The driver will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm the time that works best for you.
Note that the flat fee does not incur any additional charges. In-home delivery may not be available for all items or purchases.

Since we are closed on Sundays, any orders placed on that day (if the products are in stock) will be shipped out gradually starting on the next business day, Monday. Thank you.
Delayed Due to Hernest's End
a) Hernest must promptly notify customers of the latest ETA via email or other means of communication.
b) For eligible delayed orders, Hernest will provide corresponding compensation measures. Customers will be offered a 5% discount for orders that are 20 days or less past the due date. For orders more than 20 days late, the discount increases to 10%.
Hernest reserves the right to determine if there is a delay in delivery. When the ETA is provided as a time frame, the delivery date shall be based on the latest date. Track order status on our website for real-time updates, please email us at service@hernest.com if your order meets these conditions, and we will handle it properly for you.
Shipping Limitations
We reserve the right to decline delivery to specific locations for items that we consider to be at high risk of loss or damage, as well as locations that are inaccessible for our home delivery services. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers as they are typically not suitable for accepting most of the items we sell. Thank you for your understanding.
